Kaleidoscope Forest

Kaleidoscope Forest in an experiment in architectural model making using laser cutting, 3D printing, hand stitching, LED lighting and lathe turned blue-foam

The case was designed to echo facet cut gemstones while the space uses interlocking laser cut pieces to form a forest canopy.  Coloured acrylic with LED backlighting forms the disco styled flooring while a Dremel Lathe was designed and built to generate blue-foam columns.
